Why I created latitude training 

I created Resilient Training because I wanted to help people get stronger physically and mentally!


After battling depression and overcoming fears, obstacles and challenges, I learnt I am resilient AF. 

I train to be resilient and it makes me resilient. 

My mission is to help others realise that too.
